What You’ll Do

As Content Lead, you’ll own Gully Labs’ visual and storytelling output end-to-end. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and shape how the brand shows up across digital, social, campaigns, drops, and on-ground experiences - making sure every piece feels culturally sharp and unmistakably Gully Labs.

Creative Direction

Define the content vision and storytelling approach for the brand.
Translate brand values, products, and cultural moments into compelling visual narratives.
Conceptualise campaigns, launches, collaborations, and community events (including Baithak - Gully Lab's community space).
Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, and storytelling across platforms.

Team Leadership

Lead videographers, cinematographers, editors, producers, and freelancers.
Set briefs, guide execution, review outputs, and raise the creative bar.
Build strong workflows across ideation, production, and post-production.

Production & Collaboration

Oversee end-to-end production - from scripting to final delivery.
Partner with Marketing, Brand, Social, Influencer, Community, and Product teams.
Support influencer and creator shoots from a creative and execution lens.

Platforms & Performance

Create platform-native content for social, campaigns, website, and offline screens.
Track performance, adapt formats, and stay culturally relevant—without chasing trends.
