Automation & Business Systems Intern

We’re looking for a hands-on Automation & Business Systems Intern to join our Business Operations & Strategic Programs team in Bengaluru.

This isn’t a conventional reporting or software-development internship. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficient processes, build practical solutions, test them with users, and measure their impact.

🔧 What You’ll Work On

• Identify and automate repetitive business processes
• Build end-to-end workflow automations
• Automate data collection, validation, reconciliation & reporting
• Build lightweight internal tools and productivity solutions
• Work with Python, SQL, APIs and diverse datasets
• Develop dashboards, data pipelines and automated quality checks
• Solve real business problems and measure business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions

💡 We’re Looking For

✔️ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
✔️ Working knowledge of Python & SQL
✔️ Basic understanding of databases and structured data
✔️ Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to independently learn new technologies
✔️ Interest in solving real-world business problems using technology

Good to have: JavaScript/Node.js, React, Google Apps Script, cloud platforms, PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, dashboards, API integrations, hackathons or independent projects.
