How We Work

Ownership is everything: If you own a task, you are responsible for making it happen end to end. That includes proactively surfacing blockers, asking for what you need, and ensuring outcomes are delivered without being chased.

Async work, sync meetings: We value deep work and speed. Most communication happens async. Sync meetings happen only when they add clarity and accelerate decisions.

Fully remote: We do not have an office. Work from anywhere. What matters is reliability, communication, and speed.
