Think Zomato for discovering ethnic outfits meets Myntra for shopping — helping shoppers explore authentic styles from every city & connect with incredible homegrown labels. We’ve already onboarded 600+ stores, launched our MVP, and are now gearing up for 6,000+ stores this year.
The Role We are looking for a 0→1 Builder to join the founding team. You won’t just be "making graphics"; you will be the artistic force shaping the visual identity of our brand. This is a high-ownership role for a creative who wants to build, experiment, and scale a high-growth startup from scratch
Design high-conversion website creatives including banners, landing visuals, pop-ups, icons & UI elements
Collaborate with product & tech teams to ensure a seamless, intuitive shopping experience
Create scroll-stopping creatives for Meta, Google, Instagram & LinkedIn
Design assets optimized for CTR, engagement & conversion
Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance insights
Define and maintain visual language — typography, color palette, layouts & brand mood
Build and maintain brand guidelines & creative SOPs
Edit, retouch & enhance product images for a world-class catalog
Ensure uniformity across seller uploads while preserving brand authenticity
Work closely with styling & merchandising teams
Use AI design tools to speed up ideation & creative output
Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, color, typography)
Experience designing for digital products, social & performance marketing
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Curious about AI, automation & new design workflows
Portfolio that shows clarity, creativity & conversion thinking
