At ResultFlow.ai, we build AI that helps ecommerce stores convert more of their visitors into customers. Merchants add our JavaScript plugin to their site, and our AI runs experiments and personalises their pages automatically, so they get better results without having to build and manage every test by hand.
Because our plugin runs on real, live stores, quality is not optional. A small defect can affect real merchants and real revenue. That is exactly where you come in.
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help us ship with confidence and be a genuine gatekeeper for quality, not an afterthought at the end of the pipeline.
Own the quality of a product that runs on real ecommerce websites.
Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright.
Test across multiple browsers and devices, and across the many valid states our experiments and personalisation can produce.
Design and run smoke, sanity, and regression suites, and know when to use each.
Use AI-assisted tooling, including MCP, to test faster and more thoroughly.
Work closely with our engineers, catching issues early and reporting them clearly.
1 to 2 years in QA or software testing, on real production software.
Hands-on experience with Playwright automation, not just running existing tests.
Practical experience with MCP and AI-assisted workflows, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it needs checking.
A strong grasp of standard QA practices: test cases, test plans, clear bug reporting, and regression testing.
Sharp attention to detail and a genuine questioning mindset. You find the edge cases others miss.
A fast learner who digs in to understand unfamiliar things rather than guessing.
Experience testing A/B tests, experiments, or personalised experiences.
An understanding of how browsers actually work: rendering, network requests, developer tools, and device behaviour.
Exposure to CI pipelines and basic scripting to support your automation.
Experience testing JavaScript-heavy or embedded third-party products.
Our hiring is work-first. If you progress, you will complete a short practical task and then talk it through with us in detail, so we can see how you actually think and work. Using AI tools is welcome throughout, as long as you understand and can explain everything you produce.
