Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and strategic AI Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between technical data science/engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into valuable, user-centric products that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for AI initiatives, aligning AI applications with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Market & User Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for applying AI to solve specific user pain points.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development from ideation to launch.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire AI product development lifecycle, including ideation, data collection/curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration based on feedback loops.
Data Strategy & Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and model performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, latency) to monitor product performance and make data-informed decisions.
Ethical & Responsible AI: Ensure all AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, focusing on fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, with direct experience in AI/ML product management highly preferred.
AI/ML Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, neural networks, and the AI product lifecycle.
Data Literacy: Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation of data insights, and working with data pipelines and annotation tasks.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with a high degree of user empathy and business acumen.
