Over the last 3 years, we’ve partnered with 50+ brands across India and the UAE, including Raymond, Apollo, Cult, Flatheads and Ezo . We are now expanding into the US and UK markets.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for Business Development & Sales Intern at ATC Consulting. You will work closely with the sales team to manage inbound leads, support discovery conversations, and learn how consulting deals are qualified and closed.

What you'll be doing

Managing inbound leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
Qualifying leads based on basic fit and intent
Supporting discovery calls with founders and operators
Assisting in follow-ups and nurturing conversations
Maintaining lead trackers and updating CRM regularly
Learning how deals move from interest to closure

This role is for you if:

You are in final year or graduate
Experience in marketing agency preferred
You enjoy solving real customer problems
You are curious about D2C brands and marketing
You are comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment

Good to have

Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business concepts
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools
Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for research or follow-ups

Work setup & compensation:

On-site internship in Bengaluru
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Performance-based bonus
Opportunity to convert into a full-time Sales / BD role
