We're hiring a Finance & Business Operations Lead to help own the company’s financial and operational foundation. This is a high-leverage builder role spanning strategic finance, pricing, and biz ops at the center of how Noon scales.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations & Strategy and founders to drive decision-making—owning the financial model, shaping pricing and unit economics, and leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives. You’ll also help build scalable processes, reporting, and operating rhythms, translating complex inputs into clear plans and actionable decisions.

What You’ll Do

Build and own the company’s financial model
Drive budgeting and forecasting across teams
Develop a deep understanding of compute costs, usage patterns, margins, and infrastructure spend, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Partner with product, engineering, and design to translate technical decisions into business impact
Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy with our GTM, RevOps and product leadership
Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across finance and operations
Build scalable processes, dashboards, reporting, and operating cadences across the business
Partner closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure operational excellence as we scale

Must Have Requirements

4–6+ years in investment banking, investing, consulting, or strategic finance / bizops experience at a fast growing startup
Experience building financial models from scratch (not just maintaining them)
Strong understanding of SaaS and/or usage-based business models
Exceptional analytical and modeling ability
Ability to go from messy data → clear insight → decisive action
High ownership and strong execution bias
Clear, structured communicator
