Mesa School of Business is a new-age business school based in Bangalore, focused on building leaders for the startup ecosystem. We work closely with founders, operators, and industry leaders to create practical learning experiences that bridge the gap between education and real-world business.

Talent Mosaic is one such initiative - a curated community of HR, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leaders across cities. Through meetups, learning experiences, and curated content, Talent Mosaic aims to become a trusted space where HR professionals exchange ideas, sharpen their craft, and grow together.

Role Summary

As a Community Associate, you will help build and scale the Talent Mosaic community across cities. Your role will focus on designing meaningful experiences that introduce the Mesa community to new audiences and create reasons for members to stay engaged.

You will shape how people first discover the community and how they continue to learn, connect, and contribute over time.

Key Responsibilities

Design and run community experiences such as events [offline & online] and small-format gatherings to grow the Talent Mosaic community across cities.
Build and manage the digital community ecosystem, including WhatsApp groups and other platforms, ensuring conversations stay active and valuable.
Create and curate learning resources for HR professionals such as playbooks, reading materials, workshops, and podcasts.
Track engagement and participation to understand what resonates with the community and turn insights into actions that improve growth and retention.
Experiment with new ideas, formats, and rituals that keep the community engaging and continuously growing.
Collaborate with brand, social, and other teams to expand reach and bring more HR leaders into the Talent Mosaic ecosystem.
