Lead - Founder's Office - Fundraising & M&A| B2B Startup | Bengaluru

Our client is an established B2B startup seeking an exceptional Finance & Strategy professional to join the Founders Office in a high‑leverage role. You will drive strategic initiatives across equity/debt fundraising, inorganic growth (M&A), investor engagement, and board governance — operating at the intersection of corporate finance, commercial strategy, and executive execution.

This role demands turning raw operational data into compelling institutional narratives while leading high‑stakes transactions end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead end‑to‑end capital‑raising processes including investor mapping, outreach, dataroom creation, due diligence, and negotiations. Acting as the primary interface for institutional investors, PE/VC partners, and lenders, you will own reporting, presentations, and performance analyses. You will drive inorganic growth opportunities such as M&A, JVs, and alliances through advanced financial modeling, valuations, and integration planning. Partnering directly with founders and CXOs, you will shape strategic pivots, market entries, pricing reviews, and high‑stakes negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in high‑growth scale‑ups or top‑tier finance/strategy roles.

• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, cap‑table management, and transaction structuring skills.

• CA / CFA / MBA from a tier‑1 institution preferred, though practical transaction execution experience is valued most.

Location: Bengaluru (Work from office - 5 days a week)
