This is a full-time, fully remote, 5-day workweek role focused on operations, client servicing, transactions, and execution.
Compensation: ₹6,00,000 per annum
In addition, you will receive:
• 2 therapy sessions per month and monthly gym membership

Be the primary execution point for day-to-day client requests and follow-ups
Coordinate onboarding of new clients end-to-end
Create and maintain accurate client profiles, records, and documentation
Ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience across all interactions
Execute investment transactions across platforms with precision
Track transaction status and ensure timely completion
Maintain checklists and audit trails for all operational activities
Coordinate with AMCs, platforms, RTAs, and other intermediaries when required
Build, improve, and manage operational workflows and SOPs
Create trackers and dashboards for tasks, clients, and internal processes
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple parallel workstreams
Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving execution environments
Manage structured communication with clients (email, WhatsApp, forms, updates)
Follow up proactively on pending items — internally and externally
Translate discussions into clear action items and timelines
Handle Founder's communications
Use tools and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of operations
Identify repetitive tasks and convert them into structured processes
Continuously optimise how work gets done
Clients experience fast, smooth, error-free execution
Zero missed follow-ups or broken workflows
Clean, up-to-date data and documentation at all times
Clear task visibility across the business
