Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive (BOE) to manage on-ground operations, strengthen driver and customer engagement, and ensure smooth city operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day on-ground operations.
Act as the city point of contact for operational activities.
Bridge demand and supply by understanding the local market.
Conduct customer and captain (driver) surveys and feedback sessions.
Execute branding and marketing campaigns.
Build strong relationships with captains and resolve their concerns.
Monitor competitor pricing and driver payouts.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Sales, Field Operations, or Business Development.
Strong knowledge of Coimbatore city.
Basic MS Excel skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
