Finance – Controllership

We’re looking for a driven Finance – Controllership professional to join our growing team and help strengthen our financial processes as we scale.

🔍 Role & Responsibilities

Set up and streamline finance and controllership processes
Prepare MIS and manage books of accounts end-to-end
Reconcile system-generated reports and flag discrepancies
Handle DT & IDT compliances (GST, TDS, etc.)
Support audits, diligence, and related finance projects
Understand business drivers and provide actionable financial insights

🎯 What We’re Looking For

5–6 years of relevant experience with strong business acumen
E-commerce industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office & Google tools (Sheets, Forms, Charts, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
