Who we are looking for:

- Design professional with 10+ years in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines

- 3–5 years of leading UX teams across large-scale transformation programs

- Proven track record of mentoring designers, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering impactful digital experiences.
- We are looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER and this is going to be Work from Office.

Education

- B.Des, M.Des, B.Tech, or an equivalent design/technical degree
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in UX, design thinking, or digital/product management

What you will drive

- Shape UX strategy for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives

- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary design teams to deliver exceptional experiences

- Partner with business, product, technology, and client stakeholders to influence strategic decisions

- Build and champion design governance, standards, frameworks, and best practices

- Elevate design quality, accessibility, consistency, and user-centric innovation across engagements
