Role: HR

📍 Location: Jaipur (On-site)
📈 Experience: Upto 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Handle hiring & recruitment process

• Schedule interviews & coordinate with candidates

• Manage onboarding of new team members

• Maintain employee records & attendance

• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements

• Ensure smooth communication between management & employees

• Help maintain company culture & work environment

Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes

• Ability to handle multiple roles & candidates

• Organized and detail-oriented mindset

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs & AI tools

• Professional yet approachable personality
