1. Build things from scratch
2. Own outcomes, not tasks
3. Learn how real companies are built (not just discussed)
What you’ll actually do:
1. Take new ideas from zero → execution
2. Work with product & tech to ship fast and clean
3. Run and manage small execution pods
4. Help activate early GTM channels
5. Build simple systems so things don’t break as we scale
No fixed JD. No hand-holding. High ownership.
