We're looking for a CRM Content Manager (UI/UX Writer – CRM & Lifecycle) to craft seamless, user-first experiences across the customer lifecycle. This role goes beyond content writing—it focuses on designing customer journeys, lifecycle communication, and engagement strategies that drive activation, retention, referrals, and long-term user engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in UX Writing, Product Content, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Communication, with hands-on experience building customer journeys across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Email.
Location: Gurugram (5 days, On-site)
