Help build and maintain the financial backbone of one of the fastest-growing consumer app studios.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconcile transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support reporting across multiple entities and payment platforms.
You'll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting as we continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records across all business transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and financial statements.
Track revenue, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks, and operating expenses.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare monthly P&L statements and management reports.
Support payroll processing, contractor payments, and vendor invoices.
Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records.
Coordinate GST, tax filings, and external accountants as required.
Monitor advertising spend, software subscriptions, and recurring business expenses.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and finance dashboards.
Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve financial issues.
Support finance and operational initiatives as the business scales.
Who Can Apply
2–6 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
Experience with digital businesses, SaaS, subscription businesses, or e-commerce is preferred.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing international transactions and multi-currency accounting.
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company.
Ability to build scalable financial reporting systems and processes.
Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams.
