OWLED Media works on anything and everything video.

From branded content and ad films to VFX, animation, AI-assisted storytelling, and internet-first formats, we’re building a team that genuinely cares about making work people actually want to watch.

We’re looking for Creative Associates who are obsessed with films, storytelling, internet culture, and where visual content is headed next.

This role is for people who can think beyond trends and contribute ideas that feel sharp, relevant, and exciting across formats.

What You’ll Do

Ideation & Creative Thinking

• Come up with strong film, campaign, and content ideas
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions across ads, branded content, and digital formats
• Translate briefs into creative concepts and storytelling directions

Writing & Development

• Assist in writing scripts, concepts, hooks, and narrative structures
• Support the development of films, social content, and creator-led ideas
• Collaborate closely with editors, designers, strategists, and production teams

Internet & Culture Research

• Stay updated with trends across films, creators, social media, AI, VFX, and animation
• Decode what works online and why
• Bring fresh references, formats, and internet-native thinking into the work

Execution Support

• Help shape projects from idea to execution
• Participate in shoots, edits, reviews, and creative discussions when required
• Ensure ideas maintain quality across execution stages

• You understand both advertising and internet culture
• You naturally observe how content is evolving across platforms
• You care about creating work that people actually engage with
• You’re curious about AI, filmmaking, VFX, animation, and emerging creative tools
• You enjoy collaborating and contributing ideas in a fast-moving creative environment

Requirements

Junior Creative Associate (0–2 Years)

• Strong interest in storytelling, films, and content creation
• Basic experience through internships, freelance projects, college work, or personal projects
• Understanding of digital and social-first content formats

Senior Creative Associate (2–4 Years)

• Prior experience in creative, content, film, advertising, or agency environments
• Experience contributing to campaigns, branded content, or film projects
• Stronger understanding of storytelling, scripting, and execution workflows

Bonus Points If

• You’ve worked on ads, films, reels, branded content, or creator projects
• You experiment with AI tools in creative workflows
• You understand visual storytelling, pacing, and retention
• You maintain references, swipe files, or creative inspiration systems
• You can present ideas clearly and confidently
