Product Designer — Full-time @ EY (Sri Lanka, 18-month onsite)
Major Fintech project — Travel + accommodation covered

You’ll work on:
• Mobile + card application journeys
• Research, workshops, discovery + UX strategy
• Wireframes, prototypes, UX flows, UI specs
• Improving app conversion, reducing friction
• User research + market testing
• Defining personas, IA, microcopy, content strategy

Must-have:
• 5+ yrs product design exp
• Strong Figma + UX fundamentals
• End-to-end delivery experience
• Comfortable with ambiguity + deadlines
• Strong communication + client-facing skills

Good to have:
• Payments / banking experience (preferred)
• Consulting background
