Talent Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of Talent Management initiatives like PMS, HiPo programs, and employee engagement surveys

• Assist in building and maintaining HR dashboards & reports

• Analyze employee data to derive actionable insights

• Coordinate with HRBPs and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects

• Help in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials

• Support in process improvements and documentation

• Ensure timely tracking and completion of ongoing HR initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA in HR or related field

• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and Talent Management concepts

• Basic knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
