Role: Founding AI Engineer / Applied AI Systems Lead

What you’ll build

Systems that turn conversations → signals → evals → better behavior
Prompt + agent architectures (emotion, intent, memory, self-critique)
Evals aligned to retention, trust, and emotional depth
Long-term memory & personalization loops
Practical ML: embeddings, retrieval, clustering, fine-tuning support

What we’re looking for

2–4 years building AI products in production
Strong with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent workflows
Has designed or worked with eval pipelines & feedback loops
Thinks in systems, not demos
Comfortable in 0→1 ambiguity
Ex-Founder is a plus.
