Role: Founding AI Engineer / Applied AI Systems Lead
Location: Mumbai | Remote
Stage: Pre-Seed

What you’ll build

• Systems that turn conversations → signals → evals → better behavior

• Prompt + agent architectures (emotion, intent, memory, self-critique)

• Evals aligned to retention, trust, and emotional depth

• Long-term memory & personalization loops

• Practical ML: embeddings, retrieval, clustering, fine-tuning support

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years building AI products in production

• Strong with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent workflows

• Has designed or worked with eval pipelines & feedback loops

• Thinks in systems, not demos

• Comfortable in 0→1 ambiguity

• Ex-Founder is a plus.
