We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to support hiring across non-technical roles. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced startup environment.
SOURCING: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
CANDIDATE COORDINATION: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls.
RECRUITEMENT OPERATIONS: Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Support job posting, candidate outreach, and hiring operations.
Who You Are
Has 1+ years of relevant previous work experience in hiring Volume roles.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel and basic online tools.
