Our client is a D2C growth partner seeking a Project Lead (Online Marketing) to spearhead one of its largest client accounts across Quick Commerce, Ecommerce, and DTC channels. This senior role demands strong commercial acumen, platform expertise, and the ability to deliver revenue, visibility, and profitability across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and the brand’s own DTC website. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of experience in key account management or ecommerce/Q‑Comm sales, with proven success in managing large FMCG or consumer brand accounts, and a track record of driving P&L ownership, negotiation, and structured problem‑solving.

Key Roles:

Account & Commercial Leadership: Own P&L across platforms, build joint business plans, negotiate trade terms, and manage promotional calendars while acting as the primary advisor to senior stakeholders.
Execution & DTC Growth: Lead ads, deals, and performance campaigns; oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination; and drive traffic, conversion, and CRM initiatives on the brand’s DTC website.

Location: Gurugram (5 days work from office)
