Sleepy Owl’s marketplace and quick commerce business is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a hands-on operator to help build and execute our quick commerce business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys getting into the details - owning listings, performance, launches, pricing, ads, and problem-solving day to day. You’ll work closely with a small, sharp team, take real ownership of outcomes, and learn quickly by operating at the core of Sleepy Owl Coffee.

The role offers significant exposure across strategy and execution, with the opportunity to shape how Sleepy Owl wins on Blinkit and Instamart as the business scales.
