The Role

The Founders' Office is where Plum's most important problems get solved. As an Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, working directly with leadership to move the needle on what matters most. No two weeks will look the same.

What you'll do

Be the person leadership turns to for answers. Own and publish business KPIs across Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Growth.
Turn messy, unstructured data into dashboards and insights that drive real decisions.
Spot what's off before anyone else does. Diagnose root causes, pull in the right people, and fix things structurally so they don't break again.
Run cross-functional programs end to end. Align stakeholders, cut through ambiguity, and make things happen.

Who we're looking for

Qualified Chartered Accountant
0–2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or an early-stage startup
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with experience leveraging platforms like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Note: This is a full-time, Work From Office (5 days/week) role based out of Whitefield, Bengaluru.
