At LoudLabs, this role sits at the intersection of editorial judgment and on-camera trust.
We work with India’s leading digital news channel, and this position exists for someone who can decide what matters, shape how it’s told, and face the audience directly.
This is not a presenter role with scripts handed to you.
This is not a desk editor hiding behind other people’s delivery.
You will own the story end-to-end.
You can explain complex news clearly without dumbing it down
You are comfortable making editorial calls and standing by them
You understand pacing, tone, and digital attention spans
You can switch between editorial thinking and on-camera delivery seamlessly
You value trust over theatrics
Lead daily digital editorial decisions alongside the editorial team
Decide story priority, angles, and framing
Anchor digital-first news videos built for YouTube and social platforms
Work closely with scriptwriters to sharpen narratives
Collaborate with editors to shape the final story experience
Balance speed, accuracy, and credibility under pressure
Take responsibility for how stories land with the audience
You are not just delivering the news.
You are setting the tone for it.
Editorial decisions are fast and clear
Scripts sound natural on camera, not written
The anchor feels authoritative without being performative
Viewers stay because they trust you
The team knows why a story was prioritised
If you need consensus to decide, this role will overwhelm you.
Proven experience in digital or broadcast news with hands-on editorial responsibility
Strong command over spoken Hindi or English
Comfort anchoring news for a digital audience
Clear understanding of platform-native storytelling
Digital-first experience is strongly preferred.
Judgment matters more than years.
Editorial ownership, not cosmetic authority
Direct influence on how major news stories are framed digitally
Feedback driven by audience behaviour, not internal politics
Growth based on impact, not seniority
A newsroom that values clarity, speed, and trust
