About Triplespeed
We incubate viral consumer brands for the US and EU markets and scale them until they become independent companies.
In the last 14 months, we took three apps, across three unrelated verticals, from zero to over $70M in combined annual run rate. We did this bootstrapped, with no outside capital. We're one of the fastest-growing bootstrapped companies in the world.
What you'll do
Create 2D game art assets that are production-ready and optimized for real-time gameplay.
Design and model characters, props, environments, UI elements, icons, and effects.
Produce animated assets, including 2D sprite animations, 3D character and object animations, and visual effects (VFX) and game feedback animations.
Work closely with game designers and engineers to ensure art supports gameplay clarity, feedback, and fun.
Export and deliver assets in game-engine–ready formats (Unity-compatible).
Maintain visual consistency across games while adapting style to different genres and mechanics.
Iterate quickly based on playtesting, performance constraints, and design feedback.
Optimize assets for performance (poly count, texture size, draw calls, etc.).
Contribute to the overall art direction and visual style of new games.
Who we're looking for
2–5 years of experience in game art (mobile, indie, or casual/hypercasual games preferred).
Strong experience with 2D and and comfortable learning 3D game art.
Proven ability to create game-ready assets, not just illustrations or renders.
Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles and shipping frequently.
Strong attention to detail and visual polish.
Strong 2D Game Art skills — sprite sheets, frame-based animations, UI elements, icons, buttons, HUDs, 2D effects (hits, rewards, transitions, feedback). Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects (or equivalent).
Comfortable learning 3D Game Art skills — low- to mid-poly modeling, texturing and materials, exporting Unity-compatible FBX assets, basic lighting and scene setup. Tools: Blender or Cinema4D, Substance Painter (or equivalent).
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Useful but not required
Character rigging and humanoid animation.
Experience creating VFX for games (particles, trails, impact effects).
