Role Overview - We are looking for an operations-driven professional who will take complete ownership of Amazon Vendor Central operations. The role is responsible for ensuring every Amazon Purchase Order (PO) is accepted, fulfilled, dispatched, and received without delays while maintaining high fill rates and compliance. The role connects Amazon, warehouse, factory, logistics, and internal teams.

Fill Rate: 90%+

PO Acceptance: 100%

Appointment Booking: 100%

On-Time Dispatch: 98%+

ASN Accuracy: 100%

Shipment Errors: <1%

Amazon Compliance Issues: Zero Open PO

Ageing: Zero Overdue

Skills Required

Warehouse operations, Excel, coordination, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership mindset.

Preferred Experience2–5 years in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or Amazon operations. Vendor Central experience preferred but not mandatory.

Success in First 90 Days

Independently manage Vendor Central operations, achieve 90%+ fill rate, eliminate missed appointments, ensure complete PO tracking, improve coordination, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks

Who Can Apply?

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
