Responding to customer queries across chat, email, and social channels with empathy and clarity.
Collecting feedback from users and sharing insights with the product and operations teams.
Ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Criteria

1–2 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using support tools, CRMs, and eager to learn about fashion and tech products.
