This role is for freshers. But this is not a training ground.
We are not looking for people who want to “figure things out slowly” or need constant hand holding.
From day one, you will be expected to think, contribute and take ownership.
The work here is demanding and detail driven. Deadlines matter. Quality matters. Effort shows.
If you are someone who:
needs to be told what to do at every step
disappears when work gets tough
is doing this just to “try marketing”
this is not the place for you.
What we are looking for:
People who take initiative without being asked
People who can sit with a problem and figure it out
People who care about the work, not just the output
People who are consistent, reliable and serious about building something
You will not be doing just social media posts.
You will be expected to:
think of ideas
write captions, scripts and content
contribute to campaigns
understand brands and shape communication
You will work closely with the team and often directly with me. So clarity of thought, ownership and accountability are non negotiable.
We don’t expect experience.
But we do expect maturity, discipline and intent.
This is a full time, in office role.
Energy, presence and involvement matter here.
