💼 About the Role
3one4 Capital is looking for a sharp, curious Marketing + Comms intern to join our team. The role is at the intersection of marketing, writing and communication. You will write, edit, and coordinate across content, brand, events, and stakeholder communication, and gain hands-on experience in how a venture capital firm builds and manages its voice across every touchpoint.
You will work closely with us to build and execute content across platforms, sharpening the 3one4 voice and learning what it takes to communicate a venture capital brand with intention.
✍️ Key Responsibilities
Write and edit copy and content for our publications across platforms including blogs, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, including portfolio announcements, industry commentary, team moments, and thought leadership posts.
Research storytelling approaches that work well in the venture capital and startup space.
Track content performance across reach, engagement, and impressions, and help draw weekly insights from the numbers.
Maintain and update a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
Assist in drafting newsletters, internal updates, and long-form posts when needed.
Sit in on relevant calls and reviews to understand how content decisions get made.
Help build a library of reusable content frameworks, post formats, and tone guidelines.

A strong writer who adapts tone naturally across Twitter and LinkedIn.
Genuinely curious about startups, venture capital, and the Indian technology space.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and fast turnarounds.
Someone who notices good writing everywhere (even in the age of AI) and asks why it works.
🎳 Bonus if You Have
A portfolio of writing, a blog, or a well-maintained personal social account.
A background of using AI responsibly and efficiently for content creation.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, or a scheduling and analytics platform.
Prior exposure as a writer, or experience from a startup or content environment.
