About the Role

We are looking for highly driven recent graduates who enjoy speaking with people, working towards targets, and learning how high-performing teams drive results. We are looking for candidates who can join immediately and commit to a full-time role.

As a Career Advisory Intern, you will be the first point of contact for individuals exploring the program. Your role will be to engage with prospective candidates and guide them toward the next step in their career journey by scheduling conversations with our admissions team.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role that will help you develop strong skills in communication, persuasion, and decision-making capabilities that are valuable across sales, business, and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospective candidates who have shown interest in the program

• Initiate conversations and qualify leads and schedule detailed counseling conversations with the admissions team

• Manage a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups

• Consistently work towards daily and weekly outreach targets

• Maintain clear records of conversations and candidate progress
