Earthful is a plant-based nutrition brand for women's health — backed by Fireside Ventures, V3 Ventures, and Ritesh Agarwal (Shark Tank India). As we scale, we need someone who's already sourced and managed raw materials and packaging for a D2C or FMCG brand — not someone learning this on the job.

What You'll Own

✅ Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for raw materials (actives, excipients, ingredients) and packaging materials

✅ Verify every incoming batch against its COA (Certificate of Analysis) before it's accepted — no exceptions

✅ Own primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging specs — from bottles and blister packs to shipping cartons

✅ Track lead times, manage POs, and keep production from ever waiting on materials

✅ Drive cost optimization on RM/PM without compromising quality or compliance

✅ Onboard and audit new vendors as we scale

You're a Fit If

🎯 2–5 years in procurement for a D2C or FMCG brand, handling both RM and PM

🎯 You can read and verify a COA properly — not just file it away

🎯 You have real depth on packaging materials — primary, secondary, and tertiary — not just “ordered some boxes”

🎯 You've negotiated directly with vendors and know how to balance cost, quality, and lead time

🎯 Based in Hyderabad, or ready to move

Bonus: experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, or personal care, where regulatory and quality compliance on raw materials is non-negotiable.
