The job, in one line: WRITE EMAILS THAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY REPLY TO

That's 80% of it. The other 20% is the follow-up game. Outreach dies partly from a bad pitch, and partly because people give up after one ignored email. You'll be needed to solve both for us.

What you'll do

Pitch potential guests for our podcasts
Build and maintain guest lists that don't go stale
Track replies, conversions, and what's working
Own the inbox. Every cold email, every follow-up.

What we're looking for

You write clearly. If your DMs are sharper than your resume, send the DMs.
You don't take silence personally. You just keep going.
You're organised. Spreadsheets don't scare you.
1 to 3 years in PR, outreach, partnerships, or sales. The reflex matters more than the title.
