About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and confident Inbound Customer Service Executive to handle incoming customer calls, queries, and service requests. The role involves assisting customers with product-related information, order updates, issue resolution, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, deliveries, and services.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes, service standards, and communication guidelines.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers are welcome.
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
