We are excited to launch our new insurance vertical, offering bespoke insurance products to our existing network of parents and, eventually, the broader market. This strategic expansion is aimed at enhancing the financial well-being of families across our network and beyond.
About the role
Guardian One is GrayQuest's consumer insurance vertical, helping families make smarter, calmer decisions about life and health cover. We're building the marketing engine from scratch and want someone to help scale it.
This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role. You'll run the campaigns, manage the tools behind them, dig into what's working, and keep finding ways to make the whole thing perform better. Expect real ownership and plenty of room to experiment.
What you'll own
Growth & performance marketing
Plan, run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, email and other channels, against acquisition, engagement and conversion goals.
Watch performance closely, spot drop-offs, and improve audiences, creative, messaging, budgets, timing and targeting.
Run experiments to bring down CAC and lift conversion and ROI, and look for new growth across both existing customers and new audiences.
CRM, WhatsApp & automation
Own lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, email and SMS so the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
Build and manage customer segments by profile, behaviour, product ownership and engagement.
Build WhatsApp journeys, broadcasts, triggers and follow-ups, working hands-on in tools like Interakt.
Automate manual steps wherever it makes the customer journey smoother.
Data & optimisation
Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and dashboards to understand what's working and why.
Keep marketing databases and segments clean and usable.
Turn data into decisions, and partner with product, tech and data to sharpen tracking and attribution.
Campaigns & brand growth
Work with the brand and content team to turn ideas into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and business outcomes.
Help plan and run launches, partnerships and events.
Take campaigns end to end, from idea to audience to channel to execution to measurement, and spot opportunities before anyone hands you a brief.
GrayQuest support
Guardian One is your main focus, but you'll also pitch in on select GrayQuest campaigns and customer communications, from lifecycle work to events and partnerships.
What we're looking for
1 to 3 years in growth, performance, digital, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on experience running and optimising Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
Experience with WhatsApp marketing, CRM or marketing automation platforms (Interakt is a strong plus).
A solid grip on audience segmentation, funnels, performance metrics and conversion optimisation.
Comfortable in Sheets/Excel, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and marketing dashboards.
Genuinely curious about the numbers. You ask why something works and how to make it better.
Happy to try new tools, including AI and automation, to work faster and smarter.
Able to take an idea from brief to execution to analysis on your own.
At home in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift.
Bonus points
Background in D2C, fintech, insurance, lending, edtech or another consumer business.
Familiarity with other CRM/CDP or automation platforms.
Basic SQL, attribution or marketing analytics.
Experience with landing pages, conversion funnels or CRO.
Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
The kind of marketer we want
You won't need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you're hands-on, curious and happy figuring things out. If you like building, experimenting and actually shipping, you'll feel at home here.
