● MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is preferred
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Regional Manager (RM) to lead
B2B Logistics operations, ensuring a seamless customer and captain experience across all client form factors formats – Food Delivery, Parcel, Quick Commerce. You will be responsible for managing performance metrics, owning the P&L, and driving scalable operational excellence across fleets, fulfillment, and engagement. You must be a go-getter, data-driven, customer-first leader who can think long-term while
swiftly navigating real-time operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
● Marketplace Management:Lead end-to-end operations including client negotiations, pricing, liquidity, fleet efficiency,captain performance, and customer fulfillment.
● Transit Points Optimization:Identify and manage key transit locations to enhance operational flow and ensure a superior captain and customer experience.
● Performance Ownership:Own the Pan-India P&L, captain availability, fulfillment, and service quality metrics.
● City Intelligence:Derive actionable city-wise insights using on-ground feedback and data interpretation to create scalable playbooks for other cities.
● Fleet Utilization:Maximize fleet utilization by creating high-impact business use cases and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
● Stakeholder management – Enterprise Customers, Product , marketing, legal etc . to drive initiatives in city
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Growth in fulfillment of orders
● Captain productivity: rides/rider, Login Hours/Days, Order Acceptance, DAU/MAU
