The Role
Hiring for a hands-on Telecaller who can manage customer conversations, drive training enrolments, and support day-to-day programme operations for a social enterprise focused on women’s mobility and livelihood opportunities.
Someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, takes ownership, and can manage multiple responsibilities beyond just making calls.
The work will span:
→ Outbound calling and lead conversion
→ Customer coordination and payment follow-ups
→ Trainer coordination and recruitment
→ Records, enrollments and programme operations
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada are essential.
