The Role
We are hiring an HR Executive to own the operational backbone of the people function at YAAS.
This is a generalist role with real responsibility. You will be the person ensuring that every employee's journey at YAAS, from their first day to their last, is handled with accuracy, care, and consistency. The work is process-heavy and detail-dependent, and it matters more than it often gets credit for.
You will report to the Senior HR Executive.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires: documentation, system setup, induction coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all HR systems
Handle compliance requirements including labour law adherence, statutory filings, and policy documentation
Support payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and related data coordination
Own the offboarding process: exit formalities, documentation, and clearance coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and processes
Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, offer letters, and employment agreements
Track probation timelines, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle milestones
Who We Are Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
Solid working knowledge of HR processes: onboarding, compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball
Discreet and professional in handling sensitive employee information
Based in Bengaluru or able to join onsite immediately
