Role: D2C Lead

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a D2C Lead to build and scale ProV’s direct‑to‑consumer business into a ₹100 crore revenue line within the next 18-24 months. This is a high‑ownership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for growth, profitability, and team building.

Job Description

Own the D2C P&L with a clear mandate to scale revenue, margins, and LTV.
Design and execute the complete demand generation engine — top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat, and subscription‑led growth.
Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performance in‑house D2C team.
Set up and run a strong agency ecosystem across performance marketing, creatives, CRO, and analytics.
Work closely with supply chain, product, and leadership to ensure speed, availability, and execution excellence.

Ideal Candidate

Hustle and resouceful-ness building and scaling a D2C business, preferably to meaningful revenue scale.
Strong command over performance marketing, funnels, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
Appetite to own numbers — not just strategy — and thrives in outcome‑driven environments.
Comfortable building teams and managing agencies with high accountability.
Founder or ex‑founder background is welcome
Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating independently.
