Role Overview
We are looking for a Catalogue Executive to manage and maintain accurate product listings across Akidha’s platform. This role is critical in ensuring correct medicine data, pricing, availability, and compliance, directly impacting customer trust and order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain medicine and healthcare product listings on the platform
Ensure accuracy of product details, including composition, dosage, pack size, pricing, images, and availability
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and tech teams for catalogue updates and corrections
Maintain standardisation across catalogue attributes and categories
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and internal content guidelines
Identify and rectify catalogue errors, duplicates, and mismatches
Support the launch of new products, brands, and categories
Track catalogue KPIs such as accuracy rate, turnaround time, and error reduction
Assist in periodic catalogue audits and data clean-up exercises
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in catalogue management, data operations, or e-commerce operations
Basic understanding of pharma/healthcare products (medicines, formulations, brands) preferred
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and catalogue tools
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage turnaround timelines
Experience with health-tech, pharma, or e-pharmacy platforms is a plus
