The Role:

We're looking for a Founding Generalist Operator.

This isn't a typical operations role. You'll work directly with the founder across whatever is most important that week. One week you might be closing enterprise partnerships.

The next week you could be recruiting engineers, talking to customers, setting up internal processes, coordinating product launches, working with investors, or solving problems nobody has solved before.

You'll touch every part of the company.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives.

• Drive projects across operations, hiring, partnerships, product, customer success, and GTM.

• Speak with customers to understand problems and improve the product.

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and business.

• Build internal systems that help the company move faster.

• Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities.

• Help recruit exceptional people into the founding team.

• Solve problems before they become problems.

Who You Are:

• 2–6 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, growth, founder's office, or similar roles.

• You learn ridiculously fast.

• You take ownership without waiting for instructions.

• You communicate clearly - in writing and in person.

• You love solving messy, ambiguous problems.

• You're comfortable wearing five different hats in the same week.

• You care more about outcomes than job titles.

• You have high standards and move with urgency.
