🚀 Mave is Hiring a Full Stack Engineer, primarily focussed towards Backend! 🚀

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with more than 2.5 years of experience, strong in backend (Python, Django, FastAPI) and comfortable with frontend (React or Next.js).

You will own features end to end, from designing APIs and deploying infrastructure to building dashboards and product-facing web features.

Mave Health is combining hardware and software to reimagine mental health.

Our first program is an 8-week journey centered around a neurostimulation headset that gently activates underused areas of the brain, helping people feel calmer and more balanced.

We are a product-first startup with a small, close-knit team. Engineers here work directly with design, product, and business to build experiences that make a real impact.

🔎 What We Are Looking For

2.5–3 years of experience in backend and full stack development
Strong in Python (Django)
Comfortable with React/Next.js or similar
Familiar with Postgres, Redis, Celery, cloud deployments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Product-first mindset with strong sense of ownership

🌟 Nice to Have

Experience in healthtech
Experience with real-time communication protocols (WebRTC)
Interest in scaling systems as adoption grows
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, or advanced DevOps tools

Team: 12 people (3 founders, 9 teammates)
Work week: 5 days/week (may extend to 6 during critical months)
Pay: ₹25LPA
