Bangalore
📍 Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are looking for a YouTube Strategist to join a high-growth, high-agency team obsessed with the future of long-form content.
This role sits at the intersection of YouTube growth, creative strategy, and content IP development.
The job is not just to solve for views and watch time, it’s to build content people obsess over & share
You should know what makes a YouTube video 11/10 & make someone comment "banger"?
Why do some thumbnails stop the scroll? Why do certain formats become repeatable IPs?
And how to take an idea from pitch → packaging → execution → growth.
We care deeply about your taste, genuine curiosity, and solid proof of work.
Someone genuinely obsessed with the world of YouTube and the world of long-form content & IPs
1–2+ years of relevant proof of work in YouTube or long-form content (Non-negotiable)
Experience creatively leading or helping grow YT channels, creators, podcasts, or digital media IPs
Someone who thinks in content series, repeatable formats, and scalable IPs
Strong creative and strategic thinking + being able to use data, and storytelling to figure out how brands can actually win on YouTube.
Someone who can think from first principles, write with clarity, and communicate ideas sharply to brands.
Bonus points if:
You’ve helped build something from 0 → 1 on YouTube (or long form).
And can write well
We value proof of work > fancy courses & credentials
This role is NOT for you if:
You were only doing channel management or posting videos when someone told you to. That’s not a strategy.
You watch YouTube passively just to kill time, but you rarely think about why something works
You don’t naturally think in formats, hooks, retention, packaging, and audience behaviour
You’re uncomfortable taking initiative, experimenting, or risking embarrassment
