About the Role
We are looking for energetic and proactive Interns to join our ground operations team. You will represent Rapido at high-footfall locations, driving user growth and ensuring smooth operations across key demand and supply touchpoints. If you enjoy interacting with people and solving real-world problems in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Customer Acquisition
Set up brand activation activities at high-traffic locations to promote Rapido’s services and onboard new users.
Engage with potential customers, explain ongoing offers, and drive app registrations.
Captain Engagement
Act as a bridge between the company and Captains (drivers).
Educate Captains about Rapido’s benefits, programs, and opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
Supply Management
Monitor and manage vehicle availability at assigned locations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support operational activities to maintain adequate supply during peak demand periods.
Feedback & Insights
Identify on-ground challenges, customer concerns, and operational gaps.
Share daily insights and problem statements with the team to improve processes and performance.
Data Reporting
Maintain accurate records of registrations, activations, and daily operational metrics.
Track field performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Growth & Strategy
Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition, captain engagement, and operational efficiency.
Experiment with new on-ground growth initiatives and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
