Job Responsibilities

Support the HR Business Partner team in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in coordinating recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
Help in onboarding activities such as documentation collection, induction coordination, and employee orientation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
Assist in resolving employee queries and providing basic HR support under the guidance of HRBPs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and communication programs.
Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and effective coordination.
Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and dashboards for internal review.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
