Exceptional visual design skills
Obsession for great design
5-8 years of full time experience
Experience working with small teams and leading impactful projects
Hustle and hunger to craft great products
You love doing IC work and at the same time collaborate well with junior designers
Your job will include:
Collaborating directly with Sambhav (Co-founder) and Anchit (Founding Team - Head, Product and Design) to shape Fam's product strategy and design direction
Working closely with a small team of product designers and help them improve their craft and product thinking
Partner with product and engineering teams to secure design buy-in while maintaining company velocity
Working from office 5 days a week in our Bangalore office
