What You’ll Do
As the Apparel Lead, you’ll lead Gully Labs’ entry into apparel - owning the product vision end-to-end. You’ll work closely with the founders, brand, sourcing, and production teams to design, develop, and launch apparel that aligns with Gully Labs’ identity, quality standards, and commercial goals.
Own the apparel product design and development lifecycle: concept, design, sampling, fittings, and final production
Translate brand vision, sneaker DNA, and customer insights into commercially viable apparel collections
Develop seasonal product roadmaps, silhouettes, color stories, fabrics, and trims
Lead fabric research, material selection, and supplier coordination
Work closely with manufacturers on sampling, fit approvals, quality, and timelines
Set and maintain fit standards, sizing, and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams on product storytelling and launches
Balance design creativity with cost, scalability, and production feasibility
Identify gaps and build processes for apparel design and development as the category grows
What we're looking for
4-5+ years of experience in apparel design and/or product development, preferably in lifestyle, streetwear, or D2C brands
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fits, and manufacturing processes
Experience owning products from concept to production, not just design
Ability to work in a 0→1 environment and build a category from scratch
Strong commercial mindset—designing with cost, margins, and scalability in mind
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with factories
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Passion for culture, sneakers, and streetwear is a big plus
