Role
Creative Lead — one person owning video editing, content creation,
and social media for GetCrux.
Skill-gated, not years-gated. Strong work matters more than CV length.
Must-Have
Deep command of Premiere Pro and After Effects
A showreel that demonstrates motion graphics, editing, and finishing
Ability to take a concept from idea → script → edit → publish
Comfort owning a social calendar (LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
Good-to-Have
2D / 3D motion design chops
Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows
On-camera comfort (directing or appearing)
Compensation
Base: ₹20–25L
